To create spaces where people can practise the human capabilities needed to navigate uncertainty, technology and change — while learning from one another.
We believe learning should not end when formal education does.
And we believe some of the capabilities that matter most cannot simply be taught. They have to be practised.

For two weeks, young professionals worked remotely in multidisciplinary teams on future-facing challenges.
They had to navigate ambiguity, collaborate with people they didn't know, make decisions and turn different perspectives into something tangible.
What happened?
Not just new ideas.
